The first impression is that this hotel has free
Wi-Fi access from the ground floor, a plus . The room was very spacious and clean, and although I appreciated the helpful security staff, the nightlife options could be better organized.

Good and absolutely perfect location not too far away from an ancient outdoor market. Air conditioned and modern rooms with an excellent view and bath tub, for example. Early check-in, late check-out.

missingWrote a review on 30 Novcleanliness issues
The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained carpets and outdated furniture that detracted from the overall aesthetic. Issues with utilities arose, as the tea kettle provided was non-functional, and requests for basic amenities like sugar and coffee took an unacceptably long time to fulfill.

The staff was very good and very cooperative.
The hotel is not completly open as many sections are still under construction. Secondly the breakfast was miserable and selection and availability was poor.

missingWrote a review on 17 Octpoor servicelack amenities
Absolutely terrible service, I waited 30 minutes at check-in and they didn't even acknowledge me. Then, I called the front desk for a tea kettle, took 40 minutes to arrive, in a functioning room with NO sugar or coffee! I almost considered a good review, but no, just couldn't! Very disappointing treatment for my stay.

The staff were courteous, the decor was good and the room was cozy and quiet.
The limousine guys they use overcharged me at quite unreasonable rates just because I went half a km away from the hotel and came back to take something I had left behind. The supervisor spoke to the driver in their own language and left it to the driver to inform me of the additional charges.

Quiet and relaxing.
set up of the pool-in between 2 large buildings. It blocked the sun entirely. In order to get sun you had to turn your chair completely away from the pool.

Staying at this hotel was great for our large family, especially with four teenagers. The spacious room offered a nice place for everyone to hang out. Plus, we loved being close to the Souq and the beautiful Corniche for some evening strolls!
My children wished for more games or family activities on-site.

The staff was the kindiest I have ever found in a hotel, recommending to avoid the hotel limo (too expensive!) and then taking me down in the neighbourhood to help me find a city cab! The Deluxe Room room was very large and very well equiped, internet free of charge (rare in the Middle East), buffet breakfast offered great choice incl. fantasticly fresh french pastries. Excellent overall value for the price! I would highly recommend this hotel.
If I really wanted to be picky then I would critisize the bathroom looking a bit old and dark as well as the curtains of my bedroom not closing properly; not the case of my colleague's room though. My stay was very enjoyable anyway.

Room service staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very big: you could easily organize a disco party for up to 30 people there.
Location is the old town may not be best possible unless you are looking for hectic bargaining in bazaar area. The hotel is by no means new but still under construction.
